At InsiPlugins, we strive to provide high-quality WordPress themes, plugins, and membership services. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing any product or membership from InsiPlugins, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

All products available on InsiPlugins are digital goods, including WordPress plugins, WordPress themes, membership downloads, and other digital resources. Since digital products are delivered electronically and become accessible immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned. For this reason, all sales are generally considered final.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and access to the product or membership has been granted. Refund requests based on change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of technical knowledge, incompatibility with third-party software, themes, plugins, hosting environments, server configurations, failure to read product descriptions, or failure to use the product correctly will not be accepted. Memberships that have already been activated and products that have been downloaded are also non-refundable.

3. Technical Issue Exception

In rare circumstances, we may review a refund request if a downloaded product is completely unusable due to a verified technical defect and our support team is unable to provide a reasonable solution within a reasonable timeframe. Before any refund request can be considered, customers must contact our support team, provide detailed information about the issue, and allow us sufficient time to investigate and attempt a resolution. Any refund decision remains solely at the discretion of InsiPlugins.

4. GPL Licensing Notice

Many products available on InsiPlugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Due to the nature of GPL-licensed software, the source files become immediately accessible after purchase and the product cannot be effectively returned once delivered. As a result, refunds are generally not provided for GPL products.

5. Membership Cancellation

Customers may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals or repurchases initiated by the customer but does not automatically generate a refund. Any payments already made remain non-refundable. Since InsiPlugins does not use automatic recurring billing, customers are responsible for renewing their memberships manually if they wish to continue receiving access and updates.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback after receiving access to digital products or membership benefits may result in account suspension, termination of membership access, restriction from future purchases, and the submission of relevant transaction evidence to the payment processor for review.

7. Product Availability

While we make every effort to maintain product availability, we do not guarantee that any specific product will remain available indefinitely. Products may be modified, replaced, discontinued, or removed at any time without notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

8. Support Policy

The purchase of a product or membership does not include custom development, customization services, or unlimited technical support unless specifically stated otherwise. Support is provided according to our support policies and available resources.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.
