Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate purchase of the same product (verified case)
- Payment processed but product not delivered due to technical issue
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Each request will be reviewed carefully before approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Compatibility issues not mentioned on the product page
- Failure to read product description before purchase
